At GoatGuns, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked correctly.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and securely seal the box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
